Installation and Connection Guide for Automotive Starting Power Supply

Correctly installing and connecting the car starter power supply is the key to safe and effective use. This article will provide detailed installation steps and connection methods to help you easily complete the operation.

Preparation before installation: Choose a well ventilated storage location, away from high temperatures and humid environments. Check the appearance of the startup power supply for any damage and ensure sufficient battery power. Prepare the necessary jumper cables.

Connection steps: 1) Open the vehicle hood and locate the battery position. 2) Connect the red (positive) clip to the positive (+) terminal of the battery, ensuring a secure contact. 3) Connect the black (negative) clip to the negative pole (-) of the battery. If there is concern about the conductivity of engine components, it can be connected to the metal part of the vehicle body as a grounding.

Start the vehicle: Ensure that all electrical equipment is turned off, the gear is in neutral (automatic) or neutral (manual), and the handbrake is tightened. Press the start button of the power supply and attempt to start the vehicle engine at the same time.

After starting: Once the engine is started, disconnect immediately. First remove the black negative clamp, then remove the red positive clamp. Let the engine run for at least 15 minutes to charge the original car battery.

Daily storage: Do not immediately put away the starting power after starting, let it continue to charge the battery. Keep in a semi charged state during storage, and perform a complete charge and discharge cycle at regular intervals.
